Please download, complete, and return to join our club, this form requires signature by hand, you can insert  your signitue also. Forms should be sent by email (typed, photographed or scanned copies) to [email protected]

If you cannot download the membership form please email otterscomms@outlook.com and a form will be sent to you. 

At times there may be a waiting list before we have a session available depending on ability and availability to attend the sessions offered in our timetable. Please also view our squad criteria document, which clearly sets out the expectations for swimmers regarding swimming ability and attendance, please let us know if you have any queries.
